Live animals.
Items that requiere some type of protection (i.e. tarpaulins, special stowage, moorings, packaging, escorts).
Carrion.
Explosives without the express permission of the competent authorities.
Explosive mixtures or devices containing a chlorate and ammonium salts, including substituted or quaternary ammonium salts, or an acid substance, including weak base and strong acid salts.
Containers damaged or spilling contents, containing an explosive.
Thrusters that are unstable, unserviceable or deteriorated.
Nitroglycerine.
Capsules, other than mercury caps.
Primed explosives.
Exuded dynamite.
Explosive substances with such a reactivity that they can react spontaneously.
Diethylene glycol dinitrate, or any other liquid explosive not specifically approved by the competent authorities.
Explosives specifically prohibited by Mexican regulations for the transport of hazardous materials and waste.
Explosives that do not meet the acceptance criteria specified by Mexican regulations for the transport of hazardous materials and waste.
Explosive items with their own means of initiation or ignition installed, unless approved by the Secretary of National Defense.
Fresh meat.
Perishable products such as, but not limited to, fresh fruits and vegetables.
Loaded firearms.
Fireworks that combine an explosive and a detonator.
Fireworks containing yellow or white phosphorus.
Miniature torpedoes, with a maximum outer dimension exceeding 23 mm (0.906 in), or containing a mixture of potassium chlorate, black antimony (antimony sulfide), and sulfur, if the weight in explosive material exceeds 0.26 g (0.01 ounces). ).
Radioactive materials.
Biological-infectious waste.
Hazardous materials and waste that do not comply with the applicable legal conditions.
Polychlorinated biphenyls (transformer oils).
Equipment or machinery with oil.
Chemical precursors and essential chemicals without the express permission of the competent authorities.
Organochlorines, DDT, chlorofluorocarbons, dioxins, terephthalates, asbestos, PCCB's and PCNB's.
